Gymability Stay & Play

Our SEND Gymnastics Stay & Play Sessions are designed to provide a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment where children can explore movement at their own pace. These relaxed, unstructured sessions allow children to enjoy gymnastics-based play alongside their parent or carer, with gentle guidance from a trained coach who is there to support individual needs and ensure everyone feels comfortable.

We understand that every child is unique, so our sessions are flexible and adapted to suit a range of abilities and sensory preferences. Equipment is set up in a thoughtful and engaging way, offering opportunities for climbing, balancing, rolling, and exploring in a way that feels right for each child. There is no pressure to participate in a certain way—children are free to engage as much or as little as they wish.

Our sessions also provide a calm and friendly space for parents and carers to connect with others, share experiences, and feel supported.

We look forward to welcoming you into a nurturing and inclusive gym environment where every child can feel safe, confident, and free to have fun.

£6.50 per child
