Southampton Gymnastics Club offers an inclusive, encouraging environment for children and adults to enjoy the sport of Gymnastics. Four decades of experience have witnessed the club's repeated success upon the Regional, National and International gymnastics scene.

The club caters for children from 3 months of age upwards, starting with its pre-school gymnastics programme, through to the Elite Acrobatics Squad, whereby specialist facilities and coaching expertise are offered.

The club has produced gymnasts who have achieved World medals and is recognised as a High Performance Centre for Acrobatic Gymnastics. Multiple disciplines of gymnastics are offered, including Tumbling, Acrobatics, Rhythmic, Freestyle, Recreational, Disability Gymnastics and Adult gym.

The club's headquarters are located at the Southampton Gymnastics Centre in the grounds of Redbridge Community School, being the only club in Southampton to have a purpose built gymnastics facility. We are uniquely able to offer children and adults of all ages and abilities a fun, enjoyable and varied gymnastics experience. The headquarters boasts a main gymnasium complete with sprung floor, tumble track, fast track, sunken trampoline, and the unique feature of a 'gymnastics pit', which is essential for producing national champions. In addition there is a second sprung floor located in a separate gymnasium, a dance studio, a weights room and a multi-purpose room.

Southampton Gymnastics Club has arrangements for members on low/modest income who are unable to pay in excess of £520 per annum to fully participate in the sporting activities of the club. For more information please click here.
