About Us

Southampton Gymnastics Club is a not for profit organisation, and registered as a Community Amateur Sports Club (CASC), the club is run by a Management Committee with a formal constitution. The club affiliates to the Southern Region and British Gymnastics. Southampton Gymnastics Club was formed in 1968 and through its 56 years of experience, the club has witnessed repeated success upon the Regional, National and International gymnastics scene.

In 2006 Southampton Gymnastics Club moved into a dedicated facility on the same site as Redbridge Community School, which is purpose built for gymnastics. It boasts a main gymnasium complete with sprung floor, tumble track, fast track, sunken trampoline, and the unique feature of a 'gymnastics pit'. In addition there is a second sprung floor located in a separate gymnasium, a dance studio and a weights room. Being the only club in Southampton City to have a purpose built facility for gymnastics, we are uniquely able to offer a wide variety of gymnastics classes.
